Beyond Static Toggles: A Working, Fully Combinatorial System.
This project is a functional, real-time control engine that handles contrast, type scaling, typography legibility, and reduced motion in any simultaneous combination — operating on a single reactive state architecture.

The Challenge & Trade-offs
Scaling accessibility controls natively often forces a compromise between performance and maintainability. Enabling four independent parameters (contrast, scale, typography, motion) creates exponential state combinations (2ᴺ), making standard variant-based component architecture unsustainable to maintain and heavy to load.
The primary trade-off was architectural: bypassing component tokens in favor of independent canvas layers. While production design systems rely on structured tokens, this project prioritized lightweight, real-time reactivity directly on raw frame properties.
